Rebecca was born in Warwickshire in 1988. She grew up with her Mum, Dad and younger brother. She worked very hard at school and found some subjects tricky, especially Maths. Rebecca found it difficult to concentrate and has now learned that she has a condition called AuDHD which affects how her brain works. She’s learning more about this every day. Rebecca has two beloved children called Grace and George and a silly dog called Lucky.

When she was 19, her parents got divorced and she moved out of the family home to go to university to study English, having no idea what she wanted to do next. She then worked with people who needed support with anxiety and depression, knowing what these conditions felt like. After this, Rebecca returned to university to learn how to be a teacher.
